Meet Willem Hattingh, The Builder Behind BME
BME Handyman Services is owned and operated by Willem Hattingh, a Perth-based builder with more than 20 years of hands-on construction and renovation experience.
Willem started his career as a home builder in South Africa, where he completed more than 50 custom-built homes along with countless renovations. After relocating to Perth with his family, he worked with Cockram Construction on a series of significant projects across the city — including Hammond Park Primary School, Applecross Senior High School, the Australian Red Cross Blood Bank on Wellington Street, and the mental health and neuroscience research institutes at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
